Tabriz-USSR ... according to my sources, Tabriz was connected to the USSR at start, but NOT to the rest of Iran/Persia until later ... the road connection was south of Tabriz ... 218, 27 is rail, the next two hexes (roughly) are road, then rail again.

If you want to have a disconnect between the two that is added later by an event you may want to add it there.

Yes it is disconnected until It joins a side. I realized why SC3 did it this way. The way pathfinding works and the complications of convoys.
