game keeps moving

I am having a problem.
My game isn't stopping. It keeps going on and on without me taking my turn.

Do you, by any chance, mean the game hangs on the 'End turn" confirmation dialog?

Mine is doing this. Clicking on "Yes" does not end the turn.

Version v.4 and beta patches applied. The game was started under v.3.

When I tried to exit the game by clicking "Yes" in the "Return to Main Menu" dialog it crashed.

When I tried to reload the turn it cycles through "Load Data" and "Generating Game" continuously.

Disable map scrolling in the options. It is the 3rd toggle down from the top right side. Most players like it. I prefer arrow keys.

Your 2nd error has to do with admin rights for the game. Next time disable the AV or any other protection you have and see if the error occurs.

I am not able to play this game anymore because it simply won't let me.
The computer opponant continues on not allowing me to play when the next turn comes.
Is there anyway I can get a refund, or are you somehow able to help me correct this.
I absolutely love the game, so I would prefer if you could help me with this matter

Send me the game file. I will take a look. You have one version that has a bug from before. I'll PM you.

Let me see if I can find what is wrong. Might be a new bug.

So the game keeps crashing and you got a crash dump.
This looks like an access issue. Maybe an anti-virus is interfering. Try running WarPlan as admin. It should have installed as such
