IMHO things, don't looks good in China for the Allies and maybe with US entry too. But compared to the average time when the US choices are made:
* Resource to Western Allies 1940 Jan \ Feb to 1940 Mar \ April
* Gear Up 1941 Mar \ Apr
* Oil Embargo 1941 Jul \ Aug
* War benefits bar 1941 September \ Oct
* Full War 1942 May \ June

Things are not so bad, but they could have been better...

For the rest of the situation for the Allies:
- The North Med slightly below Normal.
- North Africa slightly below Normal.
- Western Europe Normal.
- Eastern Europe undecided
- Asia except China undecided
- Pacific Ocean undecided
- Atlantic Normal
- Siberia Good

But things can look different depending on perspective.
Well, I think the Japanese situation is bad even though the war in China has made some progress. This can not, however, compensate for the loss of Manchuria to USSR. Just the production loss for Manchuria is 3 BPs per turn (at current PM). That war also cost the Japanese 4 land units, or 8 BPs, on lost (on map) land units. The production gained in China can not near enough compensate for this loss. At least in my humble opinion.

And while the Chinese are reduced in size, their army is still fairly strong.

The US production should, once again in my humble opinion, be delayed and suffer if USSR declares war on Japan.

All 4 Vichy CPs stay at sea.

Italy:
East Med: 2 x CA (4-box)

South China Sea: 4 x CP

Return to Base:

Germany:
North Sea: FTR2 -> 48,35; 2 x BB + CA (Blucher) -> Brest; 2 x CA (Admiral Graf Spee, Admiral Hipper) -> Kiel

Use Oil:

Germany:
All units except 2 x CA (Admiral Graf Spee, Admiral Hipper), and CP in the East Med, are reorganized for 1 oil (1.45). Use saved oil in Bratislava.

Italy:
All units are reorganized for 2 oil (2.0). Use 1 oil in Milan, and 1 in Rome.

Japan:
All units are reorganized for 1 oil (1.15). Use 1 oil in Shanghai.

Vichy France:
No reorganization

Breakdown: -

Prod plan Final:
Germany - No changes needed - 25 BPs

Fair point and I agree. However in this particular game I think this can be offset and more by attack on Greece by both euro-Axis powers, and extended advance in China along with Chinese cities changing hands twice (at least this is what I recall happening in China when the chinese took some cities in the rear in 1940 but I could be remembering it wrong).

I wouldn't write the game off until the end of 1943 at least. And even then give 1944 a chance, because you never know what's going to happen.

German NAV3 joins to box 0.

Allied 1, Axis 5.

Only box 0 is chosen.

CW used 4 points to get submarine combat.

CW sub is aborted, as well is Italian CP.

I aborted Italian CP to La Spezia. Let me know if you want it to sail some where else.

Any planes to East Med?

Sorry. And thank you for noticing. Italy selected combined and the post will be edited to reflect this.

Italy had originally planned to take a naval impulse, but Germany suggested that it might be better for Italy to take a combined impulse instead...

The last of the German forces reach the border and some adjustments are made along the front, but the weather is lousy.
Germany also moves one Bulgarian one hex into Greece and one INF to Salonica
