I can not land my marines?

I have declared war to Norway, loaded my Marines in a ship but cn not invade their port? My Marines have a strength of 10 and I have 10 landing ships. Manual says something with a red and a green hex but when I toggle the invasion mode nothing happens :/ Any help?

Try to undo the move of the transports and try different hexes! Usually the one south or southwest of Oslo work!

That's where you can invade.
Right click on it after you clicked on the amphibious trannies icon!
