Patches and what gets updated.

Alvaro could you tell us what features of the game get updated with the new patches and what features depends on the patch under which the game is started.

Am on patch 4c and thought it would effect build costs but I see that my sub build costs are still 200 for a game started under 4b.

Thanks for the reply, but have not explained my question properly.

The issue is what aspects of the game get updated with the patch for games that are already running.
I understand that for example the map is not going to get updated.
And whatever units you start with are not going to get updated.

I thought the build costs would get updated but it seems they don't.
Can you say what else is not going to be updated for games that are already running.
