What does the "+ve" means on action cards?

What does the "+ve" means on action cards?

On action cards you can read (only if relations +ve). What does this +ve mean?

Hi Novaliz,

'+ve' shorthand for 'positive effect'
'-ve' shorthand for 'negative effect'
