I'm playing Battle of Sidi Rezegh (Op Crusader) and I can't see 32nd Army Tank Brigade (part of 70th Div)? in the OOB?

They were tasked with the breakout of Tobruk on 21st Nov. That fantastic photo you use (also a splash screen in Command Ops2) in your force multiplier tool shows Brigadier Arthur cecil Willison commanding Officer 32nd Army Tank Brigade briefing his tank commanders from within Tobruk.

The 32nd Army Tank Brigade units are attached to the 14th Brigade/70th Div. This allows them to work together without suffering the C2 penalties of multi-HQ attacks/defenses. These guys (14th Bde and 32 Army Tank Bde) are the organizations that broke out of the Tobruk Fortress to link-up with 8th Army at Sidi Rezegh.

C2 = Command and Control. But what I really meant was...

This allows them to work together without suffering the Organizational Integrity penalties of multi-HQ attacks/defenses.
