Well can you? I have para corps on sicily at 100%, but it seems to be impossible?

You cannot paradrop in a hex where there is an enemy unit.

Couldn't the paratroops be allowed to drop into the beach/invasion hex? They will have to wait a turn to attack unless Alvaro implements the change that may leave a couple ops points.
