Adding flag and roundel images

how does one add flag and roundel images in the grey sections of the flag and roundel png image and have it show. Thanks

I don't know, is that for making your own scenarios or modding a scenario?

Difficult to answer such a general question, so let's start with this answer: Open the Flag or Roundel file in a Graphic Program like Paint, Gimp or Photoscape. Add your Flag, save the file into a Scenario Specific folder in the Graphics Folder.

I have done this already, and it does not show when I click on the flags. Question, do I place this folder with new images in the graphic override folder or the regular graphics folder.
