[Feature Request] Translation - Localization

Hi

I volunteer to help translate the game in french, if you allow this kind of contribution.

I am (almost) sure other players will want to contribute to this community-based project (the translation of the game) for other languages.
IE: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3712301&mpage=1&key=translation�

I noticed that aircrafts & ships descriptions are stored in .txt files in the \Command - Modern Operations\DB\Descriptions\ folder (so those are quite easily translatable).
But, I couldn't find the location of the words/strings that the interface is made of (menus, options, etc). Does someone have an idea? Are those hardcoded?

I noticed some .resx files in \Command - Modern Operations\Launcher\Localization\
And thanks to this software : https://github.com/tom-englert/ResXResourceManager it's possible to translate words/sentenses stored in these .resx files.
It would be cool if the UI strings were also available as a .resx file ^^

Most UI text is going to be hardcoded labels and controls with no externalized fields to make easy changes.

Hence this request: asking to un-hardcode most of the game strings/words and asking for their official agreement to translate the game.

I understand that it might not be an easy task but that would be cool to have the game available in other languages.
