The actual manual gets updated once everything is settled because it is hard to format over and over and over.

I don't see an entry for *Cold* weather on that chart.

And that is the one I really want to see!

When it's clear in month that has a snow or bliz chance that's cold.

So if you get clear in November in Russian it's cold instead = no invasions
