Can't install 4F patch

I was able to install the 4F campaign files. Getting "cannot delete access file - output is denied" for the exe and game data files.

Is WarPlan running when you copy the files?

Perhaps minimized?

Nope, wasn't reinstalling. I hadn't installed the previous patches, though.

I think I would listen to Dogbert's technical advice and reboot and try again.
