Interface Bug v1.4 ... ?

Trying to add a specialty to a ground unit. Opens the specialty window whose selection defaults to the top selection. I which to change to "Elite", so I click on the Elite choice and
- window goes away
- selected hex is now in the same location as where I was trying to click the Elite function

Acts as if it thinks I'm requesting to change to the hex directly underneath the dropdown window as if it wasn't there …..

you can get around it by right clicking to select
