Cannot purchase a download game

Earlier I tried to purchase a download game during xmas sale, unfort wouldn't pass the finally page. Just stood there silent, doing nothing. I didn't want to hit the button again, thinking of buying it again and again.

So I did made a ticket support and see if I can get this sorta out. But fear the sale will end before anything can be done about it.

There no way I paying full price, friends recommend me getting this and running out of time :(

Have anyone having issues at the check out page???
