Vichy events scripts missing?

It appears that there is no event for the Axis to occupy Vichy France once the Allies declare war on Algeria or Tunisia, as there was in War in Europe. Also, the Allies declaring war on Tunisia doesn't even effect the opinion of Vichy. Is it supposed to be like this?

There is no corp defending the vichy capital though unlike WiE (if im remembering correctly) however, so slightly easier to take vichy
