Noob questions

1) Just wondering why i can't invade. (I've tried most of the hexes in the Persian Gulf) I believe I have enough landing craft? I've included a pic.
2) Is there a way of cancelling a production of a unit in the queue?

1)by chance was your unit your transporting a garrisoned unit? that will throw that landing craft window up. garrisoned units cant invade.
2) no cant cancel production as far as i know
