Full Screen-Windows Taskbar

I had posted this a couple of days ago in general discussions, realized I should have posted it here. Playing at 1920-1080 resolution...gives no option for full screen, it is greyed out. When playing the game, the Windows taskbar cuts off a portion of both the top and bottom of the game screen making it difficult to read what the game selection options are. Any way I can fix this?

If you go to

C:\Users\[your user name]\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - World at War

There is a file called sc3.ini

You can try changing this line #FULL_SCREEN= 0 to #FULL_SCREEN= 1
