Screen cuts off at bottom

When I launch the game I can't see what it says on the buttons on the bottom of the screen. I suspect it's because I'm on a laptop with pretty high resolution on the screen. Is there a recommended screen resolution for the game? Or is there a way to get it to run in a window instead of full screen?

Try 1024x768 for a laptop? If that doesn't work, try another. In Properties you should be able to run Minimized, but offhand I don't know how this might work with higher resolutions.

and have you tried windows 10 desktop alteration for the game to adjust it?
