Would it be possible to program auto-assist to focus less on garrisons?

I cannot for the life of me get auto assist to stop attaching garrison units over more vital units. Would this be possible to program? Some sort of weighted system? This would greatly help the AI as well.

Yeah that is probably an easy fix, I'll look into this.
