Looking for Japanese Opponent *closed*

I played the game for some time now, but only against the AI. So I would like to try a PBEM Game.[:)]
I would prefer to play as the Allies in my first PBEM, just to learn the ropes. Also I mostly played as Japan against the AI, so it would be a nice change of pace to play as Allies.

Would suggest Scen#1 and some Standard House Rules with the following Settings:
Historical First Turn: Off
December 7th Surprise: On
PDU: On
Reinforcements: Fixed for both sides

Also with the first turn HR:
Allies are not allowed to move ships that are in port
Allies are not allowed to move Squadrons away to other airfields
Allies are not allowed to change the course of Force Z
No Carrier Hunting

And General HR:
PP Cost must be payed to transfer Units from restricted to non-restricted HQ's for moving out of national Borders.
No switching land unit HQ to unrestricted air HQs etc.
Maximum mission altitude for fighters restricted to band within its two best Maneuver Ratings.
No 4 Engine naval bombing below 10,000ft

Of course everything is open to discussion, these are only suggestions.
I could probably manage to play 5-7 turns a week.
