1121.4 beta CTD/freeze

Been having consistent hard freezes / crashing with CMO on all scenarios at random times with 1121.3 beta and also with 1121.4 beta. (From the game site forum)
Don’t use Msi afterburner (MSI sli 2x980Ti’s) but happens if in full screen or windowed and without task manager open.

Steam overlay is off. Northern inferno first mission crashes of hard locks then CTD’s at random.

Removed all CMO + CMANO + DLC
Rebooted and updated drivers. Disabled nvidea game overlay.

Then disabled steam shader pre-cache off. ( found an old CMANO post suggesting that ) steam overlay already disabled.

Reinstalled CMO only (have not added beta patches yet) but not seeing any freshening or ctd with NI opening moves like before.
