Game update help please

I would like some help please, installing the 104 updates. I am definitely not a computer guy,I wish I were, and I cannot load any of the 104 updates. Every one I have tried to update the computer gives me, Utility Player dll cannot be found, and that reinstalling the program may fix this problem. Does that mean I have to reinstall the complete game? I don't believe that's the case, and I have deleted and re-downloaded all of the updates thinking that might help. Please feel free to explain it to me the way you would a child or an old man with technical issues. It's probably something very simple. But even if it's very simple it's still very frustrating. All of my games have "frozen" or stopped toward the end of the game. I've seen the issue discussed and read that an update would fix it. This one has me stumped. Again, I am not very savvy with the computer. I haven't been since DOS went away. Thank you for any help you can provide. I follow the forum and the help everyone gives each other is outstanding. That's why I feel comfortable asking for help. One day I may be able to answer a question. Something like, "what time is it where you are?"

You should apply the latest patch, 1.05, available here

These 2 game files should hopefully fix the game.
click windows button

type in "file manager"

Go to C drive to find the locations below.

These are the game files. Paste them in the below directories

Location - Default game location folder which is usually.... C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix\WarPlan

These are the scenario files. Place them in the directory below.

Location - C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\Campaigns

If your game is still frozen after the update PM me and I will see if I can correct them in my special editor for saved games.

Thank you very much for the help. I would never have figured out that i needed to manually insert the downloads. I'm sure they will do the trick. Obviously I will enjoy the game even more if I can play it to the end. Of all the war games I have this is definitely the top of the line. I love playing it and spending time thinking about playing it. Thank you very much again. And thank you for the Game itself.

Only the beta files you need to manually replace. These are live beta files that are play at your own risk and help find bugs. Shortens the time between updates.

It worked like a charm Sir. I know you're not surprised but I had my fingers crossed. I completed the game and started another to make sure it was good to go. All is well. I really do appreciate your time and assistance.
