Possible Bug v5D Taranto port

Had a problem moving an Italian Patrol DD unit into Taranto port. Video shows what happened. There should be room in the port.

I think there may be a problem with oil too. I'm on turn 2 and Germany is real low on oil and Italy has no oil. In fact, the turn before I believe I was allowed to attack and at one time the oil showed -6.

Ok I fixed that and the convoy bug. As I said I redid the code so it works better.

It will be v1.00.05d1 when you get the beta in the same beta link.
