Much improved, there still seem to be a few issues for example to Finland:

If there is a land route available it still uses the sea route.
If the sea route is blocked it uses the land route, however it's capacity is limited by the number of MM.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.

Confirming also lend lease to Soviets is still broken (requiring Soviet merchant marine... which is pretty much a hard cap!)
