[FIXED] Minor UI Glitch (eg in Emcon Window/General)

CMO Build 1115.7: Disabled comboboxes are displayed exactly as enabled comboboxes.
Example Emcon Window general Tab (Shift-Ctrl F9). In the "Northern Inferno/Opening moves" Scenario the comboboxes "Air Operations Tempo" and "Quick turnaround" are disabled (as you can see in CMANO). But this is not recognizable in CMO. I assume this will be a general problem in the UI.

BTW: Why is the field "Bvr engagment logic" editable in CMANO but not in CMO (alsoe in NI/Opening Moves).

Fixed for the next update release (changed the player-editable ticks to be disabled rather than invisible, so players can see which options are not changeable).
