Double counting GL upgrade

Not the most extremely urgent, high priority bug, but -

Adding a grenade launcher upgrade to a unit that already has a grenade launcher causes the tooltip to double the count on the additional GL for a total of 3 instead of 2. This miscount doesnt happen when a unit w/o a GL is given this upgrade.

Thanks for the report. This has to do with the internals of how grenade launchers on rifles are handled. The unit still only has two grenade launchers.
