Unable to load transport mission TF's

The situation is as follows:
1. Version 2.0, Scenario: Coral Sea, turn 1, US vs Computer.
2. At Brisbane, I click form taskforce, transport, and populate with ships.
3. I then click destination Port Moresby, Load Supplies (I get appropriate feedback), Load Fuel (I get appropriate feedback), load troops, and I am presented with a troop selection screen.
4. The troop selection screen allows me to click on a unit, and I may then exit, or go back. When I select and go back, I am told nothing was selected. If I exit and reenter, I am still told no selection made.
5. I seem to have the same problem with auto TF's

Can you suggest a workaround or fix. The game is useless if I cannot move my troops.

Sounds like you clicked "load supply" first. If you want to load troops and supply, you need to click "load troops" instead. Then, your TF will load the troops you specify and fill out the rest of the load space with supply (if you want to "load only troops," click on that option).

The bottom line is that you can only specify one of the load options. I'm not sure why the game would let you go ahead and select units for loading when you have already foreclosed that option by selecting "load supply," but I'm pretty sure this is why your troops aren't loading.
