1.12.2 is very buggy as far as supplies go. Units in same hex some receive zero supplies others are filled. Units surrender when not surrounded ect ect and from what little I played 1.12.02 there was allot of ect ect.

You would be better off waiting for 1.12.03, which appears to be taking longer then expected. Guessing they are finding more issues then expected?
