Germany rebases Do-172's from Hamburg closer to the front in support because of disorganized air units after ground support missions. They also move Bf-109's further north in support.

Italy chooses not to rebase.
Meanwhile Japan realizes that it's Ki-27 Nates are out of supply and move from Lake Chaoyang closer to the port of Haichow.

I'll stop here for now so that I can research the next phase that's popped up, Air Reorganization.
RE: Hard Knocks: Chicharito19's trying to learn, a Global Campaign experience
The problem is that you moved out of supply units. Doing so disorganizes them. (If a unit has a dot on the upper right, they are out of supply.) Even if it wasn't disorganized, an out of supply unit can not attack.
An organized out of supply unit defends normally, but a disorganized out of supply unit defends with a strength of one, unless it is a white print unit, in which case it defends with a strength of three. In the picture above the Japanese 20th Inf and the Osaka MIL are white print. The Seoul MIL is not white print, even though its unit symbol has a white background, its combat values and unit identifiers are black.
The absolutely critical function of headquarters units is to put your units in supply. HQ units have nice combat values, and they can help in a combat, and they can reorganize units, but all of those functions are secondary to keeping your units in supply.

@Courtenay
What’s concerning for me is that I remember using the info you just shared when I played Barbarossa. But since I had concentrated on Guadalcanal before going Global, i find that I didn’t remember.

There is a lot of stuff to remember. That is why you are doing this practice game. I suspect you will never forget this rule again, although I do predict that occasionally you won't notice a unit is out of supply before you move it. (The reason why I make that prediction is that I think it is true of ALL players, certainly including me. That is what the UNDO function is for.)

Sadly I didn’t notice until after it was too late to undo. I could have just gone back to an autosave, but I left it as is.

German Ju-52's, stationed just north of the Oder river have patiently waited to assist have been sent over to the front lines where their reorg value of 1 can be used to reorganized the XI Mot (7-4) unit that was disorganized in their earlier attack. 109's provide additional security. In the process both of the air units are disorganized. I think that's ok for now as I think that Germany has pretty much achieved air superiority.

During the HQ Reorganization phase von Rundstedt chooses not to reorganized the currently disorganized Bf 110's to his west. This is just in case his resources are needed later in the turn.

This France DOW elicits a US entry roll. The roll for US Entry of 6 further causes a chit removal.

For the US Entry Chit system, a value of (10) or higher for an event means one chit is automatically generated.
A value of (12) means one chit for sure, and a 2nd chit on a die roll of 1 or 2.
A (7) means a single chit is generated on a die roll of 1-7.
A (-9) means a chit is lost from a US Entry Pool on a roll of 1-9.
Because I still get confused on US Entry Actions I trust but verify the result. Yes here we go...lets see; ah yes #40. Roll of 6 on a -9. Yep remove a chit.

Be aware of the surprise rules. The French and English have the benefits of surprise against the Germans this impulse. This is quite ahistorical, but it is the rule.

The United States begins to ferry transports and a division to Hawaii by way of the Panama Canal. They end up in the Mexican Coast Box.

CW preps for sending the Gort HQ and the XIV Motor Corps over to France using the Queen Elizabeth. CW adds a couple of cruisers in the North Sea box just in case.
