Urban Areas

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Urban Areas

Post by canuckgamer »

In the manual it says that armor and mechanized are "vulnerable to infantry assault in urban areas". I assume that this also means that armor and mechanized attacking an urban area defended by infantry are not going to be as effective as infantry attacking an urban area.

If you pay close attention to a unit's stats you'll notice that Armor & Mech defensive (Hard) value is reduced by 1 in cities. Not sure about attacking them though.

The unit defending an urban area will get a defensive bonus against armor too.
