Is there any way to import oil from Romania?

Romania will automatically export 40 oil to germany

If you goto the Convoy report at the top left of the screen and look at the details of all the trade routes you will see it

Also I read in another post that if Romania is out of oil for its units (uses 2 or 3 per turn) it will withhold oil for one turn to rebuild its own stockpile - so every once in a while germany wont get the infusion which can be an issue if you scrapping the bottom already

I know all that but I am talking about after they join the axis

Check you trade panel. You will see that all Romanias oil is transported to Germany, just like half of her PP.

ok, I see that now. Didn't think I was getting it because my oil supplies are getting real low right now.
