Russia convoys

I don't remember seeing a thread on this but understand there is a known bug that convoys to Russia don't work right.
In my PBEM current game I get the message that Russia doesn't have enough MM and allied ones will be used instead.
I did a test loading op a late war scenario and creating some convoys and actually they worked fine.
However in my current game clearly the production is not getting delivered.

Does anyone know what is the extend to the bug and when does it occur ?
Does it depend on which version you started the game with ?
Is it being looked at ?

Also it would be helpful if we could see production figures for each country each turn separate from the convoy figures.
It is difficult to work out what is happening with convoys when their amounts are amalgamated with production.

I signaled that bug since 1.05 already - that Soviet lend lease requires Soviet merchant shipping and cannot use Allied one.

Am using the latest Beta but the game was started a while back.

It should be fixed in the current beta

Am on 5g1 and it is not working.
Maybe MM is on a different version, but there has been nothing about convoys since 5d and am sure he updated since then.

I am at 1,05e and in the game where I am allied pretty sure Russia recieves what it is supposed to get.
