1.00.05 bug

Post by tigercub »

I did think this was being looked but when ship or ships move into a stack of ships that have not moved the they cannot move after the ships or ship arrive.

That is by design. Combined fleets will take the lowest operation points. Otherwise I'd have to individually keep OPs on ships and players would have to micromanage more.

Move the units from the port before moving units into the port.

It's the way it works mate. I agree it could be done better. Maybe Alvaro will eventually find a way. But as it stands you have to work your way around it. It's not a bug, and there is no solution to it in the beta.

You can always undo the move.

Here is the deal. Doing it the other way requires everyone all the time to pick their ships. Wonder why ships aren't moving. Look at which ships can move. They have to select every stack always to see who can and can't move.

The current way is that all ships can move or none can. Easy to see. And if you screw up you just undo and move the ships you want out of port. A lot less micromanagement.

Originally I was going to do it that way then I saw the problem with it during development.
