Windows 10 Desktop Icon rearrainging

Not sure what is going on, but after I play the game in Full Screen, my Windows 10 Icons on the Desktop all get re arraigned and takes a little while for me to move them back into the previous order.

Is this a known issue or what causes this. I turned auto arraign off, and have updated drivers for the video cards.
