CMO printer friendly manual

Hi! I have been looking for CMO printer-friendly version of the CMO manual but I have only found the previous CMANO manual. Is there such a version? If yes, where can I find it?

Nobody has made a true 8.5" x 11" version, but the "TO PRINT" version in the "Manuals" subfolder, at 5.5" x 7.74" (and 208 pages versus 351 for the e-book version), is rather close to that ratio.

Thanks for the info. I didn't look for additional manuals in that folder.

However, I was looking for a version without the page background but it is still there in the "TO PRINT" PDF.
