Just coincidence that Axis roll = Axis Surprise points

Surprise points = your box (4 w/NAV = 5) + opponent roll - opponent surprise points (always 0 on Impulse of DOW)

Another message then pops up that says "Since the SLY file stored within the saved game file was not found, the program will use New Game.SLY, and if that file is not found, the program will create it".

Never seen this before any ideas?

You can ignore it.

Jesper has customized his map views to fit his 2 monitors. You do not have that customization file so the program just use the normal one instead. Should look just like normal for you.
A trick I learned when playing Ronnie several years ago, was to rename my SLY file to the same name as his. Then when I loaded the game it loaded my screen view and I did not need to switch it everytime I opened a game file.

If you all use the same SLY file name, everybody will get their own screen layout when loading the file no matter who saved it.

I just click on okay to these messages and all seems to proceed okay - which is just as well as I haven't got a clue what any of the above means [:D]

Pat, that's really slick and simple. I can't believe I haven't thought of that before. This will definitely save me a little of time and trouble with loading game files.

Thanks for the tip.

Make a post that you want to post pictures for an AAR in the General Discussion forum and they will add you to the trusted users.
