[Logged] Help!! Question on uninstall/reinstall

This morning I attempted to add version 1.01 of Broken Shield 300 to my CMO game. It didn’t work. And in putting it in, somehow I switched my installer to the LIVE folder so when I updated to the latest version it put all of that information into the LIVE folder rather than the Command Modern Operations folder. No matter what I try, I cannot get Broken Shield to license. Can I uninstall my entire game. Then reload it with the disks I have purchased from matrix games and add the latest upgrade? Will I be able to unlock all of the DLCs. I have bought them all and they are listed on my page of the Matrix Games site.
Please answer me on this.

I reloaded mine yesterday and was able to activate of the DLC's that I own without any problems.

Did you uninstall first? Did you reload from the Matrix disks?

Hello Tom,

Have you updated the game to the latest version? Then when running this there will be a page of the installer where you need to select the DLCs you own to the activate the content.

It worked perfectly when I first activated it. Then I deleted my Broken Shield 300 when I installed the Version 1.01 of it. But it wouldn't work with 1.01 Then I uninstalled and the original wouldn't work. This morning I installed version 1121.9 so I could get a new Broken Shield 300 and it still wouldn't license. All of my other DLCs (I own them all) still work perfectly. You can see from my attached pictures I paid for it and when I use the DLC installer, it says it worked but it still says unlicensed when I restart the game. There is no CLIVE file for it like there is for the others.
