Also Italian Garrison added this patch to Brindisi but not in WIE?

Hi

I recall that the Italian Garrison was added after feedback suggested it would help prevent gamey invasions early in the war, but as the feedback was campaign specific I wasn't so sure it was needed in the other one.

Hmm as WAW is an even smaller map it would seem it would be even easier to do in WAW?
