Update Error? Can't end turn with update 1.05

I just updated the game to version 1.05, and the advance turn button has disappeared from the top of screen menu. Any ideas to help? This is interesting game, but a bit clunky to use.

What is your resolution?

my resolution is 1366 x 768

It should look normal. Here is a screen shot I just took from 1366x768.

If it doesn't your resolution might be less. You can click Options -> UI Scale +/-
If you can't see it in game do it from the main menu screen.
