Norway not Firing in V1.06

Playing a single player game as the Axis with v 1.06. Ended my turn on 3/15/40. The Allies play/end their turn and my turn starts up on 4/12/40. Norway is axis leaning (25%) and I control Hamburg, but DE 613 (Choice to invade Norway) is not firing. DE 601 (Denmark as a protectorate) is firing though. Anybody know what might be going on?

The v1.06.01 Hotfix will correct this issue, but you'll need to start a fresh game after applying the hotfix. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Any current thoughts about when the hotfix will be an official patch through Matrix?
