Seeking opponent

I am willing to play either side and promise to play it out even if not going well. I am new to this title but quite experienced in earlier titles in the series and wargames in general.

The one setting I would like to change from defaults is to use the soft build cap.

I think it is best to rely on Discord for communication as it makes it very handy to hand off the turns among other things.

I am running this back up to the top since my last game has apparently ended with the opponent not taking a turn and not sending any sort of message for a few weeks now. That was a game without Discord and it reaffirmed my stance that going without it makes PBEM much more of a hassle. I ended up opening the game several times each week just to see whether it was my turn. With Discord, it is so easy to send a few word PM handing off the turn and to see those messages without having to open anything up.

I'm willing to try, and have similar experience as you. I've played 2 games vs. the AI only.
I really don't have much of an idea how this game plays out in PBEM.

However, not a fan of Soft Build limits. Nor do I do discord.

I do regularly check this forum and there is a PM system here.
Also willing to provide personal email (via PM) if you'd like.

Taxman, I PM'ed you. And to everyone - I was really impressed with this game watching Tortuga Power on YouTube. If I buy this, you think we could get some PBEM games going? I, like Taxman, do not use Discord.., I do not even know what it is.
