TO PRINT file corrupt/Damaged won't open

The manual's TO PRINT file will not open, says it's damaged. How can this be fixed?

Looking at the file with a hex editor, it appears to be an incomplete .pdf file. The only way to "fix" it is if someone who has an un-corrupted copy can provide it to these forums.

NOTE: It's not really made for "printing" at a home printer, it's just formatted for a pro print shop with guides for cutting. We asked for a manual *without* the page background which would eat up ink and make it harder to read... [8|]
