Forum won't let me upload a save game

I'm trying to setup amphibious HQs to attack from Sicily to the boot of Italy. One is gaining prep points. The others are not.

Does anyone have any clue as to why they won't gain points?

Most of your HQ's are in temporary ports (which are created in invasion hexes). These can't be used to prep for further landings - only permanent ports can be used.

E: A temp. port will disappear once there is no amphibious HQ in the same or adjacent hex (during your logistics phase).

As for your subject line, the way to attached a Save file to a forum post is to add it to a Zip file and upload the zip file. An annoying extra step but unfortunately the way the forum app works.
