Weapon factors?

Guys I know this is a newbie question but can anyone describe the game factors that impact the capture of weapon plants and oil by Germans (perhaps both sides) FOr example Tula was a heavey weapons town for Soviets when captured is this reflected in conditions? Or can you point me to posts that talk to this point (lead lease??)

To summarize it, you get nothing as axis when capturing stuff except denying said stuff for your opponent. Your production will still stay the same.

and in the game look in the Soviet production window. The non Soviet made hardware is easy to spot, eg Hurricane, Matilda, etc and if you click on an item it will show you start date and quantity.
