Yes I downloaded the game from the matrix servers, installed and updated to version 1.00.05. I added the custom .png files from Magpius to the 1939 scenario. Now there is ONLY CLEAR WEATHER, in ALL of the SCENARIOS. Basically I have no weather at all except CLEAR.

The issue is that I have clear weather in every hex and in ever scenario.

I then tried the Beta .061 and made sure to download the scenarios associated with the beta, no change, still every scenario has CLEAR weather in EVERY hex.

Remove the custom images and see if it appears. Post the link where you got the images from so I can look at it.

1.06 added something to the options file so it had to rewrite it if I remember.

All custom images removed.
Totally clean reinstall.

ALL scenarios, NONE have weather.

Amazing Panzer M.
After reinstall, I'm not even using the mod anywhere, but have no weather. Everything is just showing as clear.

In my case I have removed all of the .png files many times and still no change, nothing but clear weather in all campaigns. However I haven't had any error logs or error screens. The only thing that is missing is the weather.

I am using Windows 10 on a PC.

This is very frustrating.
All mods have been kept well away, but am unable to get any weather on any scenario, from a clean install.

Do you have an anti-virus enabled? because this error is a brand new one that I have never experienced.

I downloaded the mod and it works fine on my PC.

Delete the game folder.
Delete the MyGames\WarPlan folder
Reboot
Reinstall.

I did exactly as you said:

Delete the game folder.
Delete the MyGames\WarPlan folder
Reboot
Reinstall.

I booted up ver 1.00.00 and NO WEATHER, all hexes show CLEAR

I updated to 1.00.05 and NO WEATHER, all hexes show CLEAR

I made sure to disable my anti-virus protection during install and update as well.

Main game is on my D: drive and the folder with scenarios is on the C: drive.

Multiple deletes, and as I said, ran regedit and removed all references to warplan.
Clean install into different folder.
Same result.
No anti-virus enabled.

Could you send me a scenario with known extreme wild weather so I can say what happens when it's opened?

Ok the problem wasn't a bug, it just seems that on the first turn of the campaigns there is clear weather everywhere on the map, which is designed as such. In May of 1944 the entire continent is enjoying clear weather, but if you advance to June you will see rain.

I understand this is a design decision that the weather patterns are not truly realistic 2 week type patterns but a more general overview. Being somewhat involved in meteorology myself I allowed my personal perceptions of thinking 2 weeks in Sept or May with no active weather would not be possible.

So it's working as intended, no bug, the weather graphics show up properly.

1st turn of any scenario is clear weather. They chance monthly and are determined each turn.

Look in the manuals folder for the weather chart.
