Some More Questions

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Some More Questions

Post by canuckgamer »

Thanks to everyone that have been posting replies to my questions. I have a few more.

Can Russian naval units like destroyers and subs re-supply and upgrade in English or American ports?

I assume that subs cannot attack other subs so if a sub bumps in to an enemy sub it only stops its movement?

I have a UK army unit in Egypt and for some reason I can't upgrade it. It's supply is greater than 5.

My understanding is that the first winter in Russia when there is snow, Axis units lose some of their combat factors. How many does each unit lose?

As far as the Egypt unit I believe the sands are not something you can upgrade on. Roads must be in place and supply at least 5. No enemy present (next to) as well.

Soviet naval units can gain limited supply (max 3) but cannot upgrade in British or US ports.

You're right about subs.

I'm not sure about the army but you will need to have MPPs, the army cannot have moved/fought, and it will need to be supply 5 or more and not adjacent to the enemy. Hopefully one of those will explain it?

The Axis units won't lose many strength points per unit, but their unit morale will be hard hit, rendering them much more vulnerable to attack for a few turns.
