Coronavirus and delayed shipping times

Due to the COVID-19 emergency the Epsom headquarters will be shut down temporarily and Slitherine employees will be working from home.

As a result, shipping of boxed editions might be delayed until the office re-opens. In the meantime, customers can take advantage of any offer or sale which will be running on the site, including those on physical editions, which will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated on the situation, and if you would like to have information on the status of your order you can e-mail the customer support at support@slitherine.co.uk.

EDIT (April 29):

We would like to give you an update concerning physical orders.

We’d really like to get the products sent out to you, but at the moment the situation is that we are still locked down. We don’t have a date from the government about when we will be able to return to the office.

In addition, due to the number of orders, it will take many weeks to receive the parts and then dispatch the games and clear the backlog once we are able to return to the office. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and will get the games to you as soon as we possibly can.
