Steam version.

Regular save works fine.

The Save option on end turn and end game functions the same as No.
Rex Lex or Lex Rex?

Willgamer, I had the same problem after .06. Start a new game and if that doesn't try it another time. Sounds strange but worked for me. Not using the steam version BTW.
