Elite Reinforcements

Hello,

If I delete the elite reinforcements by the editor (Campaign=>Edit Campaign=>Edit Campaign Data=>Advanced), these remain possible in the game from the "reinforcements" tool in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks, I see the issue and will fix this for the next official release.
