Is there a limit on the number of turns per scenario? Do you find that the limit is too short? That has been my biggest complaint with turn based war games is they don't give you enough time to play the game. :)

Is this a problem with Korsun Pocket?

The scenarios definitely have turn limits, at the end of which a victory screen comes up to tally and explain the points won/lost... but on the one scenario I completed so far there was also a button to 'Continue playing' so it does appear that you can keep on playing afterwards. I didn't so I can't comment on how well it works, but the option appears to be there.
